QUALITY ASSURANCE 

To support first article, PPAP, in process, and final inspection of hardware, we have a separate temperature controlled product assurance area. 

All inspection equipment undergoes periodic calibration and maintenance and is traceable to the NIST (National Institute for Standards and Technology).  The foundation of our quality effort begins with a CNC Zeiss CMM, Mitutoyo Optical Comparator, multiple surface testers and programmable linear digital height gages.

ByrTech is in the process of documenting / implementing an ISO9000-2000 quality management system.  Many companies will require suppliers to have ISO9000 certification and we expect certification by 1^st quarter 2007. We are certified suppliers to Emerson Climate Technologies, Trane Company, Premier Roof Systems, Borg Warner Automotive, Michelin, and Hartness International. We have also received quality awards from most companies with which we have been associated. ByrTech is also an international supplier, shipping product to Europe since 1998.
